The game

No Balls Allowed is a marble-race game you play in your browser and on your stream. It's free to use, and it's still in beta: things will change, and it may sometimes be unavailable or misbehave. It's provided as it is, without any promise that it will always work or suit a particular purpose.

Streamer accounts

Streamer accounts are invite-only for now. You sign in with your Twitch account; we only learn who you are on Twitch (see Privacy). You're responsible for what you put on your page (its tagline, texts and the words used in your races), and it must not be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal, or pretend to be someone else. Pages that break this, or that are used to abuse the game, may be changed or switched off.

Your page name is yours while your account is active. You can change it once every 30 days; old links stop working when you do. Names can't impersonate other streamers or brands, and we may change a name that does.

Using the game on stream

You're welcome to show the game on your streams and in videos. Please don't copy the game, its code or its art to run it somewhere else. It only runs on noballsallowed.com. You also agree to follow Twitch's terms (and Discord's, if you use the bot) when you use it with those services.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below), and we may close accounts that break these terms or when an invite-only test ends. We'll try to give notice when we reasonably can.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss caused by using, or not being able to use, the game.
